Our Seamless Manufacturing Process

We take great care to ensure that our finished lenses align correctly in front of the wearer's eye. Our lens finishing process involves:

Marking: We first meticulously adjust the lens to position its optical centre or other points precisely in front of the pupil. This step is crucial to ensure comfort and lens adaptability.

Blocking: Using an adhesive pad to prevent scratching, we attach the lens to a block to hold it securely during edging.

Edging: This step involves cutting the lens to the appropriate parameters and unique requirements for any lens frames.

Assembly: Once finished, we fit the lens into the frame, or pack the manufactured lenses for delivery.
