Lindsay Brown

President TOG EU & Chief Commercial Officer TOG Group

Having spent the last 35 years in the Optics Industry Lindsay has played his part in building and leading business growth in market leading companies within the Optical space. Starting his career as an Optometrist in his home country South Africa Lindsay was Managing Director for Specsavers South Africa before relocating to Europe having been asked to join the Transitions team.

Lindsay lead the Transitions EMEA team for 5 years as the Managing Director EMEA until the acquisition of the company by Essilor from PPG. Thereafter he joined Hoya responsible for driving the Sales development for Hoya Europe as well as being responsible for global key accounts that had a base from Europe. He held the position for 5 years as the Managing Director of global key accounts as well as filling the role of Sales Director EMEA working closely with the regional Hoya teams and their leaders to develop a best in class sales process.

In 2019 Lindsay joined TOG in 2019 as the Chief Commercial Officer and is now responsible for leading and driving the global commercial operations and marketing strategy with his team of dedicated sales and customer service colleagues focusing on customer needs and flexible robust approaches to build longterm partnerships.


Corrado Cruciatti

Sales Director Western and Northern Europe

Corrado Cruciatti joined TOG in 1999 as sales representative. He has 33 years’ experience in the optical industry in both lens manufacturing and sales. His experience was achieved in two companies which displays his professionalism and loyalty towards his job.

His ability to speak Thai allows him to have direct and immediate contact with any team member based in TOG Thailand and support his customers across Europe. Corrado can always be relied on to deliver on the tasks he is assigned always seeking for solutions for his customers. Customer satisfaction is at the core of how he operates.


François Haesevoets

Sales Director Belgium, Netherlands, CEE and Russia

François is located in Belgium and started in the optical industry in 1992 as sales representative for Tokai Optical, right from their start in the European market and progressed to Sales Director EMEA.

In 2007 François moved to Polycore Optical, located in Berlin, and took the position of Sales Director Europe. After closure of Polycore Optical in 2011, François started as Sales Manager for Thai Optical Group in the European market and is currently holding this position covering the territory of Belgium, Netherlands, Central Eastern Europe, Germany, France and Russia.

François brings vast experience across Europe and his focus on customer needs and satisfaction delivers the ability to work closely with customers in his region to unlock potentials to grow their business and develop longterm partnerships focusing on customer satisfaction.


Voraparn Sangkittikorn

Operations Manager TOGEU & Global Export Manager

Voraparn is located in Thailand. Her experience over the past 16 years in customer service function from many industries are key driven the strength of strong supporting , processing , customer relationship, delivering and achieving the best service level to customers as a key goal.

She has been working with TOG since 2016 as a Commercial Service Department Manager. With her various experience and strong supporting granted her capability to now onboarding as an Operations Manager TOGEU & Global Export Manager. She will be covering and leading all of TOG EU operation activity, logistics and export globally. Her focusing with TOG EU will be an essential to drive for the business growth with efficiency fulfillment what the customer needs, flexible robust approaches to build long-term relationships with all of customers and stakeholders.
